  Q.  How do you handle returns and do I get my money back for a return? Also, how long do returns take?                                                   

  A.  All items are non-refundable but are returnable. We strive to make the best products with the highest quality but we do understand that we can't please everyone. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will send you another item as soon as your original purchase is shipped back to us unaltered and not used. Any item that appears to be altered cannot be returned. Returns usually take 5-7 business days to process and ship.

  Q.  You have a size I need for an item that is sold out. What do I do?

  A.  All of our items are restocked weekly and on a first come first serve basis. We always try to keep our inventory full but if for some reason we are out of a size you need, contact us and we can help. Limited edition items or seasonal items are not able to be brought back into our inventory when they are sold out.

  Q.  How do you handle really big orders?

  A.  We have specials on all of our bulk orders. A bulk order is any order with over 15 items regardless of the price. For example, if you get 10 t-shirts, 5 mugs, a book bag, and a duffel bag, your order would still be considered bulk even though the items are mix-match. The same rule applies if you get more than 15 of the same item. Every bulk order receives a discount once paid.

  Q.  How do I reach customer service?

  A.  Customer service can be reached by filling out our contact form with an inquiry as to the nature of your concern. Customer service handles returns, questions, feedback, and concerns. Please allow 24-48 hours for a correspondence.

  Q.  I really liked a product and want to let you know personally. Where can I leave review?

  A.  You can contact us with any feedback through our contact form or on any of our social media outlets. We love hearing your feedback and encouragement, and if you are not pleased with a product too let us know so we can fix the issue and make our products better.

  Q.  I notice your company is U.S. based but I live in a foreign country. Can I still put in an order?

  A.  Yes, absolutely! We ship everywhere.
